Joseph Spain
Joseph is the president of UCG, and manages all of the services we provide. This includes the performance and review of site surveys for bidding and quoting, as well as quality assurance. Joseph prides himself on his work ethic and attention to detail. He oversees the work done at every job site, ensuring it meets the highest of standards to satisfy our customers.
Chris Clark
Chris develops the marketing and financial strategy for UCG. He has spent several years working in digital marketing for several Fortune 500 firms. Chris also has a background in finance and real estate.
Michael Hanck
Michael leads operations in the field, managing work crews and serving as our primary on-site client point of contact. Michael has more than 15 years of concrete experience in both commercial and residential work. He has managed concrete projects in over 20 states.
